About Hilary

headshot2How am I different from other real estate agents?

I listen! Any concern of my clients is a concern of mine. I sweat the small stuff, to make the process as stress free as possible! Growing up as the middle child between 2 brothers I learned to be a problem solver. I’ve been told I often have a B, C and D plan resolve a problem. I care about what my clients think. I provide each of my clients with the highest quality of service possible from beginning to end and won’t cut corners to get the job done.

Experience

I  have been in Customer Service since I was 16. I worked in Residential Leasing in Santa Clarita for three years before earning my real estate license in 2005. I have been helping people buy and sell their homes ever since.

Technology

I stay abreast of the most current technology, economic trends and legal updates so that my clients benefit from my knowledge, skill and expertise.

Communication

I make sure that I am easily accessible to answer questions, handle challenges and put my client’s minds at ease. I keep the communication lines open throughout the sales process and beyond because it’s more than a house, it’s your home!

Personal

My parents moved our family out to Santa Clarita in 1989. I grew up out here. One of my favorite jobs in my teens to 20’s was working for the City of Santa Clarita. I worked in the Aquatics department lifeguarding and teaching swim lessons and the Recreation department as a youth sports assistant and vendor coordinator for our annual Cowboy Poetry and Music Festival. While working for the city I met my husband, a native of Santa Clarita. We now have two children. I could think of no better place to raise them.  When I am not helping people buy and sell homes I volunteer in my children’s school, enjoy playing at our local parks with the kids and attending shows at the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center.

My Testimonial

I decided to go into real estate shortly after my husband and I bought our first home. We bought what we thought to be a cosmetic fixer, but the home ended up to be much more.  Several undisclosed items caused the home to be unlivable for the first year, until we could make the necessary repairs. I made a promise right then and there that when I earned my real estate license I would work hard to never let that happen to one of my clients.

My Commitment to You

Whether you are buying or selling a home it is one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll ever make. I want to be the person you can rely upon to help you. I believe in treating you the same way as I want to be treated. I work hard to make your real estate experience a great one! I understand that a home is where memories are made and financial opportunities are created.
