Selling and Buying a Home at the same time can be done and it is more common than you think. We call these contingent sales. What this means is the proceeds from the sale of your home are used to purchase your next home. This is typically done when upsizing or downsizing your home. While there are a lot of moving parts, it can be done with very little stress. Communication is key! Like the Morfords, I guide my clients every step of the way to make the process as smooth as possible. We sold their home they had been in for over 30 years and helped purchase their new one in the same area. So excited for them! I can help you too!
